La presente Informativa sulla Privacy descrive come MuzzleScan (di seguito “l’App”) raccoglie, utilizza e protegge i dati personali degli utenti.

2. Dati raccolti

L’App non raccoglie dati personali sensibili degli utenti.
L’App gestisce soltanto dati relativi agli animali inseriti manualmente dall’utente (es. codici RFID, note sanitarie, informazioni gestionali), che restano archiviati localmente sul dispositivo o, se attivata, su iCloud per la sincronizzazione tra dispositivi.

Non vengono raccolti:
• Dati di geolocalizzazione
• Dati biometrici
• Contatti o informazioni personali dell’utente finale

3. Finalità del trattamento

I dati inseriti dall’utente nell’App sono utilizzati esclusivamente per:
• Gestire il registro degli animali dell’allevamento
• Consentire funzionalità di ricerca, statistiche e reportistica
• Effettuare backup e sincronizzazione via iCloud (se attivata dall’utente)

4. Base giuridica

Il trattamento dei dati si fonda sul consenso esplicito dell’utente, espresso attraverso l’uso dell’App e l’inserimento volontario delle informazioni.

5. Conservazione dei dati

I dati rimangono memorizzati:
• Sul dispositivo dell’utente
• Su iCloud, se l’utente attiva la sincronizzazione

I dati non vengono mai trasmessi a Nordai o a server esterni non controllati dall’utente.

6. Condivisione con terzi

L’App non condivide i dati con terzi.
Non vengono utilizzati sistemi di tracciamento pubblicitario o analytics di terze parti.

7. Abbonamenti e pagamenti

I pagamenti per gli abbonamenti vengono gestiti da Apple App Store tramite il sistema In-App Purchase.
Nordai non conserva alcun dato di pagamento: tutte le transazioni sono gestite in modo sicuro da Apple.

8. Diritti dell’utente

L’utente può:
• Cancellare in qualsiasi momento i dati direttamente dall’App (funzione “Reset dati” nelle impostazioni).
• Revocare l’uso di iCloud disattivando l’opzione corrispondente.

• On the user’s device

• On iCloud, if the user activates synchronisation

The data is never transmitted to Nordai or to external servers not controlled by the user.

Payments for subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store via the In-App Purchase system.

Nordai does not store any payment data: all transactions are handled securely by Apple.
